Glendale Ridge Vineyard on September 1st
Where did the summer go? September 1st is right around the corner and that is the day we return to the glorious Glendale Ridge Vineyard for our annual summer show! As promised, we're splitting the bill with the fabulous Jim Henry. We'll swap stories and songs and harmonize to our hearts' content! Summer Sabbatical

We're taking a break from performing this summer, but come September 1st we'll be back at Glendale Ridge Vineyard for another co-bill with Mr. Henry. We've had many glorious late summer evenings performing in this gorgeous Southampton, MA setting. So put it on your calendar!

The Boxcar Lilies and Jim Henry in Concert
We've had a lovely and creative little break this winter, but now we're headed back out into the world for a series of concerts with Mr. Jim Henry. You might know him as our brilliant occasional sideman, but he is also a brilliant singer and songwriter and we're going to spend a few nights with him this Spring swapping stories and songs and harmonizing to our hearts' content.

Changes in the Lily Line-up
The divine Ms. Susan Cattaneo has ended her run as a Lily. We have had the best time making music with this insanely gifted singer/songwriter and fun, funny, and caring woman.
We're looking forward to traveling a little less and creating a little more in 2018 and for the time being, we'll be the Lilies "OG edition" (Stephanie and Jenny). Later this year, we're sharing the stage with our pal Jim Henry, who is a fantastic singer/songwriter on top of being one of the best instrumentalists around. We'll trade songs and harmonize to our hearts content! Check the tour schedule for those dates.
We are so grateful for this community of musicians, venues run by volunteers, fans and super-fans, and lovely people who have opened their homes and shared their dinner tables with us. We have such wonderful memories and look forward to making more!

Grand opening in Greenfield
We're headed back to Greenfield for the grand opening weekend at the Hawks & Reed Performing Arts Center (formerly the Arts Block)! Joining us on Dobro, mando, bass and guitar will be our favorite side guys Jim Henry and Dave Chalfant! Our friend Eric Lee will open the show and maybe we can coax him and his fiddle up on stage with us too! Advance tickets are just $15 and available here.

Back at it in the new year
Medford, MA we're coming for you! We're performing in Susan's hometown on January 21st at the beautiful Chevalier Theatre. The fabulous Jim Henry will join us. Fri Nov 4th: Iron Horse Full Band Show!
Our annual Iron Horse Music Hall full band show is just around the corner. We have a stellar group of musicians joining us including local heroes Jim Henry on guitar, Dobro and mandolin and Dave Chalant (of Nields fame) on guitar, plus Jesse Williams on bass and Marco Giovino on drums. Special guest Ruby Henry opens the show accompanied by her dad (the aforementioned Jim Henry). Tickets are available at the Northampton Box Office.

Fall Weekend in PA and NJ
The 2nd weekend in October we're headed south! On Friday the 7th we'll reunite with two of our favorite people, the duo DaveLovesDonna as they open a show for us at Beam's Music School in Malvern, PA. Saturday we return to the Hawley Silk Mill in Hawley, PA - one of our favorite spaces to play in! Finally on Sunday we're headed to Ewing Township, NJ (near Steph's old stomping grounds!) to play an afternoon concert at the 1867 Sanctuary at Ewing. So it's a very special weekend made all the more special because Jim Henry, our favorite sideman, will be traveling with us the entire time (if he can stand it.) There's a new Lily in town
We're putting a ring on it and making it official. Meet the newest Lily, Susan Cattaneo! We were first introduced to Susan by our shared producer Lorne Entress. We ran into her again at a 4:00 am hotel lobby music jam a year or so later and we are so glad we kept in touch.
This past spring, Susan joined us as a guest vocalist for a few shows. That's all it took for us to know her exquisite voice and songwriting were the perfect Lily match.
Susan is an award-winning singer-songwriter and for 15 years has been teaching songwriting at the Berklee College of Music. In 2015 alone, Susan was a finalist in the Kerrville New Folk Competition, the International Acoustic Music Awards, the Independent Music Awards, and the USA Songwriting Competition.

Oh What a Night
Opening up for the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at the Calvin Theatre was a dream come true. The fact that the staff at the Calvin took such good care of us and that the boys in the band were incredibly gracious was icing on the cake. They put on a fantastic show and invited us to join them to sing May the Circle Be Unbroken and The Weight. You can see some photos capturing the evening here.

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band
What happens on May 12th? We open for the iconic Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at the Calvin Theatre in Northampton, MA that's what! The show is part of their 50th anniversary tour and Susan Cattaneo and Jim Henry are on board too! Tickets are available at the Northampton Box Office and online at www.nbotickets.com.
